This little villa was first built as a holiday home for a local family living to enjoy on the weekend or while picking olives. It is in the middle of an olive grove, just a 120 meters from the sea and it has all the family needs.
It has recently been refurbished to make it even more comfortable and a bit more modern. You can enjoy the really nice pool and the terracing offering a fully privacy for a family or a couple.

The main feature would be a big terrace that you get onto from the living area. Swimming pool is just a few stairs down, on a large terrace with sun beds and a parasol.
As you enter the house from the main door, there is a bathroom with a tub, living area with a large fireplace, kitchen and a dining area as a part of one space, very nicely furbished and fully equipped. The bedrooms have the king side beds and are very nicely done. A closed garage is secured for 2 cars.
This villa offers an opportunity of staying in a very peaceful area, enjoying the views and the comfort of a very typical holiday home that has all you need for a careless vacation.

Location of Villa Lidia is really nice. The area is very peaceful. Being in the middle of an olive grove and with no neighbours whatsoever, you can truly enjoy the peace and comfort of being completely alone in the lovely nature. The little pathway leads you all the way to the sea, which is really easily accessible.
A property is in Gradina bay, just 5 kilometres out of Vela Luka town yet in a very peaceful area, with the spectacular sea view.
There is a little restaurant just a few hundred meters away, in the middle if Gradina bay at the water front.

The number of guests should never exceed the maximum capacity of the property.
The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by fewer people than indicated when you made the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.

"Perfect situation in a private, safe and quite environment. Private transportation indispensable. The owner couldn't have been more helpful. We came by car, very convenient. Took the ferry from Ancona (I) to Split overnight, and second ferry from Split to Vela Luka in the morning, at 1PM we were already in the swimming pool, very relaxed itinerary. Early September 08 was just a perfect period, warm (35°), sunny and dry. "
