“This is a place you want to be at for your vacation!” as one of our colleagues said once we got to the terrace of this beautiful oasis in the middle of an olive grove, just 300m to the sea. Situated in an almost perfect setting, with absolute privacy and comfort, this new villa offers a getaway spot you only can desire. It is very nicely decorated with an emphasis on the outdoors which is not only relaxing and well arranged, but very far away from the closest neighbouring unit. The small beach mind you is just a 5 minute walk away.
The house was built on the idea of a typical field house that would normally be placed in such environment, to keep the tools in and have a place to relax after hard work in the field.
This would be exactly the idea of the very typical place we would want to offer to our clients, the piece of Korcula Island style relaxing, surrounded by the stone terraces, olive trees, wine fields... and having a place to relax, right there.
It has been done in a typical and traditional technique, in stone and wood, yet combined with modern details, just to add to your comfort and fit in exactly as you would expect it.
A private road leads you from the gate to the covered parking place right by the house.
The interior of the house is a mix of modern and traditional, but very cosy and comfortable.
There are two bedrooms with a queen size beds, mutual dining and living area with a fully equipped kitchen in the same room. The furniture is up to the standard and the area is dominated by a very nice fireplace that adds a bit of welcome.
The bedrooms are very nicely arranged and equipped with TV’s. There are two bathrooms easily accessible from each of the bedrooms.
Outdoors is a special story. The exterior is absolutely fantastically done with upmost care for every single detail. As you would be here to enjoy the summer and the sun, some shade and the commodity of an outdoor lounging and dining are always welcome. Do not forget that you have a kitchen on the side of the outdoor dining setup, along with a big barbecue.
The sun beds and the chairs are very comfortable to enjoy every part of your daily routine, if you have one while staying at such a relaxing site.
The pool and the area around it are just great. The advantage of course is the full intimacy and fencing, except for the glass that doesn’t block and of the views while you are enjoying yourself right there, not to mention the massage jets and the heating in case of need.

The villa is situated in one of the nicest natural surroundings, in a very nice olive grove. It is not first line by the sea where the houses are on much smaller plots, and usually closer to each other but just a short walk away to the pebbly beach. The advantage is the big estate offering maximum privacy and complete natural surroundings.
The outdoors is so nicely arranged that you would probably need to go in just at night. You simply have it all there.
Villa Oasis is an oasis for a family of 4 or even 5 people, or two couples to enjoy peace and quiet, privacy and relaxation as deserved. It is an oasis for no neighbours, no noise. A vacation oasis!

Check in is at 2 pm and check out is at 10 am
The number of guests should never exceed the maximum capacity of the property.
The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by fewer people than indicated when you made the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
