This unit is located probably in the most peaceful areas that you can find around. It is in the middle of an olive grove on a large estate, far away from the closest neighbours as well as the town. It is for those in search of a peace and quiet and the sea at a walking distance. There is a large pool with a shallow massage compartment with a playground in the middle of a large garden.
The main feature is the large covered terrace with a big barbecue with outdoor furniture, and a proper bocce field right next to it. The pool is equipped with sun beds, parasol and a shower.
The house was built as a typical weekend house, with carefully done traditional interior. It has been furnished with style and it is fully equipped. The outdoors and the garden have been carefully taken care of and in harmony with nature, so there are lots of trees and flowers all around.
A private covered parking is just by the house.

Main entrance to the house is through the front terrace. You first enter the main space that includes the living room, dining room and a kitchen. There is a fully equipped kitchen and an indoor fireplace.
On the ground floor there is a bathroom and a bedroom with a king size bed.
Up the stars leading you onto the first floor, you get to the two upper bedrooms and a WC.

The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by fewer people than indicated when you made the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
