A holiday home that truly is a home away from home, and further. If you decide to go on your vacation to an island but want to go even further away from the crowds, neighbouring units or the beach, this is the right spot. A house that offers the comfort of a modern home and some of that domestic charm, only a short distance to one of amazing many nearby beaches.
A perfect spot for a family holiday with a great pool in the centre of a big courtyard with barbecue and a covered patio areas on the sides.
The house is also a great couples retreat as it is really very intimate.
It is nicely furnished and fully equipped, situated in the middle of an olive grove and close to the pine forest. The entire property is surrounded by untouched nature, a truly relaxing place to be at.
There is a large covered dining area in the patio in the corner of the pool terrace, with a summer kitchenette. The pool area has plenty of space for fun and the sun with the shower and a toilet in the corner. On the side, in front of the house, there is a very nicely arranged barbecue area.
The house has two separate floors, which is great for different arrangements. Ground floor has a dining area at the entrance with the fully equipped kitchen in the extension. The same space continues into the living room, the bedroom and the bathroom on the side.
The stairway on the outside takes you up to the first floor.
Upstairs, there is a very nice relaxing area of a living room with a TV set, bathroom on one and a bedroom on the other side. There is also a fantastic terrace in the extension with the lounge set on it.
This is a great feature as you have the entire upstairs area as a completely separate space, great for kids, or another couple.
Both living rooms have expandable sofas so capacity can go up to six persons.
Another great feature is the pool with an allergy free technology.
Great idea around here would be to have bikes as there are many tracks through the fields.

Location of this very nice property is in the olive grove near the bay of Plitvine. There is an easy access to the tracks through vineyards and olive groves. Great for a family or a group of friends.
Sun beds and loungers on the terraces and the big barbecue on the side will have you enjoy the most of your vacation in this great island traditional atmosphere.

The number of guests should never exceed the maximum capacity of the property.
The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by fewer people than indicated when you made the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
