This property brings a new standard to the whole idea of a holiday home. It is an absolute gem in its architecture and design, way it is arranged and how it gets you the pampering atmosphere atop other similar or neighbouring units. Of course, the pool is on top... of it.
It is very modern, spacious and stunningly classy. The interiors have simple elegance and are cleverly connected across 3 separate floors on a rather steep terrain. This gets you to the top of the property which is a pampering oasis, with a pool, bar and the exquisite view.

A spectacular property from the bottom to the top. It is fantastically planned and situated in a fantastic area overlooking the south coast and the islands in front from every point inside and outside of the house.

You are going to enjoy your time at the pool most certainly, but also the comfort of the huge en suite bedrooms with south facing balconies.

There is a spiral stairway connecting the first floor to the common area in the second floor that offers a spacey, modern and a very open living room with a kitchen and a dining room on the side. There is a huge balcony in front connected with a glass door across the entire living room. The view... absolutely stunning!

The entire villa accommodates 6 persons, in three bedrooms of the similar size and design. Two of the bigger en suite bedrooms are on the first floor, each with a very big (17 m2) terrace and a direct sea view from the bed!
The third en suite bedroom is on the side of the main floor which can be very practical in many cases. It also has a big balcony and a direct sea view from the bed.

One of the main features of this holiday gem is of course the pool area. It is on the top, where it somehow belongs. This area is absolutely spectacular. It is in fact a huge sunning deck across the entire roof top area with a summer kitchen a bar, equipped with sun beds, loungers and parasols.

The surroundings of the property are beautifully arranged with traditional plants by careful garden planning. If you get a wish for a bottle of wine... it’s there, on the side, in a cellar, among the selection of fantastic island wines.

A safe covered parking is at the street level beneath the house.

To get to the beach there is a track just below the house, 30m away, a pier with a mooring equipped with sun beds and a staircase to get out of the water.

Location of Villa Desire is some 30m from the sea in the bay of Prizba. There is a nice beach and a mooring arranged at the little pier in front. It is simply great for a bigger family or a group of friends.

On the top of the house there is a covered outdoor kitchen with a bar, sun beds and a large lounge set by the endless pool with a spectacular view.

A short stay (less than 4 nights) is possible out of high season, but requires 30% surcharge

Changeover day is preferably Saturday, but can be flexible depending on a high/low season

Check in is at 4 pm and check out is at 10 am

The number of guests should never exceed the maximum capacity of the property.

The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by fewer people than indicated when you made the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
