Interior, in short, fantastic. Outside: Sun and the sea at its best, with the infinity pool, direct and private access to the sea frontage and the mooring pier. There is a very nicely arranged and fully equipped exterior with several separate sunbathing decks. The pool level goes on from the main deck with the view of the ocean and the islands in front.

This is a very cleverly designed holiday home situated in the most exclusive location, first line by the sea. It has, of course, a magnificent sea view from every position of the whole property.
When entering the gate you notice the style and the class with a wide driveway taking you to the parking area by the house and the garage beneath.
The surrounding area of the house building is very nicely set up with plenty of space on all sides. The main terrace connects onto a path that leads towards the sea, some 30m below.
There are private concrete decks and a mooring pier at the sea front.
The infinity pool is at the main terrace at the higher level, at the main floor.
The interior of the house that you can enter either directly from the main gate or the garage is absolutely great. It is open, it is spacey and it is very modern. It features 3 bedrooms with king size beds, en suite bathrooms and spectacular views, especially from the master bedroom, practically hanging over the ocean. The rooms are spacey and have wooden flooring, shower in each.
There is a large living area that is open and features a huge modern kitchen with a laundry on the side, modern dining table and a big sofa overlooking the pool area and the sea in front. Besides the big open glass door that enables sea view from all points, there is extra light in there from the roof windows.
There are a few extras, of course. There is a large barbecue at the back of the main terrace, very easily accessible from the house and the pool area.
There is also a fully equipped gym in the lower area, accessible through the garage, downstairs from the main floor.
Your relaxing and exquisite vacation is absolutely certain at this place with nothing but the ocean in front.

The number of guests should never exceed the maximum capacity of the property.
The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by fewer people than indicated when you made the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
