The house consists of two separate units, luxury apartments which are practically the same. Each one of the apartments has two bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom. Each of the apartments has the guest bathroom by the living room area.
The house was built with most care and has been furnished with style.
The outdoors offer full comfort on the terraces with full equipment and a barbecue on the side, pool with a streamer.
A double garage for two cars is on the road level.
As you enter each of the apartments you get inside a very nicely done interior, with large openings to the sea view from the inside. Fully equipped kitchens, dining area and the living room with and indoor fireplace offer all the comfort and luxury you might need.

The number of guests should never exceed the maximum capacity of the property.
The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by fewer people than indicated when you made the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
