An extra is the guest apartment in the little cottage next door to the big house.

This villa is a great property for many reasons, but one is very special, outdoors. You have all the comfort and privacy, yet a large area at your disposal. The pool is absolutely great, fully equipped, with a waterfall and a massage seat. There are of course loungers and sun beds, parasols.
There is a covered patio with a large table on the pool level and the large table right in front of the main house, along with a barbecue, to enjoy your outdoor dining with seats for all.
The main house has an entrance from the terrace in front. The fully equipped kitchen, indoor dining room and a utility is on the ground floor. A bedroom with an en-suite bathrooms is also on the same level but with an entrance from the side. Very practical for the elderly as it makes no need to pass any staircases up to the bedrooms on the first floor.
There is a living room with a nice fireplace at a mezzanine, leading you on to the first floor where the other 4 bedrooms are.
Each of the bedrooms has their en-suite bathrooms, and terraces with a sea view. The main two bedrooms have an exit to the large covered terrace with loungers to enjoy the magnificent sea view.
The main house and all the bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The cottage by the main house has the playroom on the ground floor and a guest apartment on the first floor. The apartment is fully equipped, with one bedroom and a great terrace with sea view. It offers a little more privacy and it's great for a couple needing that little more peace.

Location of Villa Blue Lagoon is the first line by the sea of Gradina bay. The owners have taken care of all details so you can enjoy the sun beds even at the beach below the house. There is of course a mooring arranged at the little pier in front. It is perfect for large families and groups of friends.
There is a wellness area with sauna, massage tub and the fitness equipment at the ground floor below the pool.

The number of guests should never exceed the maximum capacity of the property.
The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by fewer people than indicated when you made the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
Weekly rates do not include all additional services.
