Design of this great vacation home is the first thing you are going to notice. It is nicely set up and very well arranged in its perfect size and position.

Its remarkable exterior sets you off for that great vacation feeling even before you enter the gate.
The interior is modern, simple, yet extremely classy. Smart floor planning gives you an easy access to the fantastic pool area in front. It connects indoor and outdoor so cleverly that you can constantly sense the space and the openness.

The house facade is stunning; the stone combined with wood reflect that warm vacation bungalow style.
The entire house is set up across the ground floor so the communication is flawless.
You enter the house directly from the covered parking area. There is a pretty foyer right by the entrance which leads you in to the living area and further on to the pool in extension.

The foyer is also connected to the hallway of the sleeping area set aside thus making a smart separation from the living areas.
The master bedroom has an exit onto the pool deck, walk in wardrobe and an en suite bathroom.
Two other bedrooms also feature an en suite bathroom and are equipped with TV sets and Wi-Fi connections, beautifully designed and furnished.
The living area is simply splendid, with stylish furniture and very simple yet classy flooring, walls and the ceiling.

The outdoor features a fantastic dining area with a BBQ set right by the pool, very nicely arranged and positioned.

Villa Ani is at 50m from the sea in the small bay called Vrbovica. It is great for a family or a group of friends.

There is a very nice pool in the extension of the main terrace with sun beds and a shower on a spacey deck.

The property is located directly in the bay of Vrbovica, near Zrnovska Banja, 4 km from the town of Korcula and only 50 m from the sea. This fantastic property is going to make you vacation simply great!

Changeover day is preferably Saturday, but can be flexible depending on a high/low season

Check in is at 4 pm and check out is at 10 am

The number of guests should never exceed the maximum capacity of the property.

The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by fewer people than indicated when you made the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
