First line by the sea, beautiful gardens, carefully furnished in sailor style, splendid sea view-are the reasons why this is one of the few properties in our offer with no pool. Why? Well, you might not even want it. The owners have done so much to compensate that you have your own little beach right in front with a mooring and a sunbathing plateau with a parasol to keep you in shade, just a few meters from the house's main terrace.
We would say this is a wonderful property for couple or a group of friends. It is furnished in style, has large terrace with a barbecue and it is right at the sea front.
A private covered parking is secured by the house, as you get off the road. The little path leads you on to the house, just 20m away.
The interior has a large living area which opens up from the main terrace, on the ground floor. The living room with a large fireplace, dining room and the kitchen are part of one mutual space.
The two bedrooms and a bathroom are on the side of a little hallway with a stairway leading onto the first floor. On this upper floor you have the comfort of a bedroom, a bathroom and a little living room area leading onto a large terrace.
There are three bedrooms, two with king size bed and the one with separate beds.
The house is fully equipped, furnished with style and natural materials. It offers a little extra, a private beach and a mooring for the boat right in front of the house
A villa just 5 kilometres out of Vela Luka town yet in a very peaceful area, first line by the sea. There is an elegant restaurant on the waterfront of Gradina bay, just a few hundred meters away.

The number of guests should never exceed the maximum capacity of the property.
The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by fewer people than indicated when you made the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
