A fantastic vacation unit with absolutely everything you might wish for while you are switched off. It is comfortable, spacey, quiet, nicely arranged, fully equipped... and has nothing but a spectacular sea view in front.
Interior is nicely designed, cleverly split across two floors with a great view from all points.
Outdoors are what you are here for? This house has large terraces that you can access from all points in the house. There is a very nice set of chairs by the pool, lounge set in the corner and a dining area as an extension from the kitchen on the side.
There are fantastic terraces from one side to the other, surrounding the infinity pool and overlooking the crystal sea.
It is in fact a fantastic holiday home!
A very nicely arranged holiday home situated in a very peaceful area, just 50m from the sea. It has, of course, a spectacular sea view from every position of the whole property.
There is a private parking area at the street level that takes you down to the house via elegant stairway.
As you enter the house you notice the openness and the view, right away. The split stairway takes you upstairs to the fantastic two en suite bedrooms and downstairs to the living areas. These two bedrooms are at the perfect position for a holiday rest, with huge windows and a direct sea view, from the beds. One of the bedrooms even has its own terrace with a sitting set and a parasol, just in case.
Downstairs, at a ground floor level, there is a living room with a very large sofa and a TV set on one side, fully equipped kitchen with an island on the other. The kitchen island also serves as a dining table. As an extension, there is a covered terrace on the side that you reach through the side door of the kitchen which features an outdoor dining area with a big table and a barbecue, just above the pool area.
On the other side of the pool there are comfortable sun beds and a lounge set covered by a big parasol to keep you away from the sun this house is very much exposed to.
This is a place to spend the most relaxing vacation, with style and comfort.

Location of Villa Belveder is at 50m from sea in the bay of Mikulina Luka, 70m from a very nice pebbly beach. There is a mooring deck by the sea, right in front of the house. Perfect for a family or two couples.

The number of guests should never exceed the maximum capacity of the property.
The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by fewer people than indicated when you made the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
